UPCOMING DRAGON*CON

Looking forward to the upcoming Dragon*Con over Labor Day weekend.  Lots of guests expected but our favorite, the fabulous Lucy Lawless.  She will be there with some of her Spartacus cohorts, the oh-so cuties, Liam McIntyre and Manu Bennett.  Lucy will not only be on  the Spartacus panel,  but  also the Battlestar Galactica panel.  Will she be channeling Xena too, the once and only  Warrior Princess?  Let's hope so.

Speaking of Ms. Lawless, lets hope that some day soon there will be a Xena motion picture.  And we only want Lucy and Renee (O'Connor-Gabrielle).  No substitutes please, no new players for a new generation.  They are our once and future heroines.   And furthermore, lets get Ms. Lawless in a new t.v. series thats as good as Xena, Spartacus and Battlestar Galactica were in their time.   And how about an independent film to showcase Ms. Lawless' acting talents.  As you can see, we're huge Lawless fans; Rah! Rah! 

So all you sci-fi, fantasy, comic book, and gaming fans, do try to get to Atlanta over Labor Day.  Looks like there will be a lot of cool guests to see and mingle with over the course of the event.  And by the way, take a look at the new Heroes of Cosplay series that debuts tonight showing  cosplayers (people who dress up in costumes based on t.v., film, comic book and anime) as they compete at conventions.
