And a good time was had by all. Here are some photos from 2017's WonderCon. We had a great time covering the convention floor and taking snapshots of all the cosplayers. From the looks of the amount of people in attendance we can say that the rest of the convention will be very packed, so if you're coming Sat or Sun, make sure you prepare accordingly. Please bring, comfy shoes, plenty of comics for signing by artist and a little extra cash to buy some cool and amazing original art work.
The panels were awesome this year. We were able to see the first episode of Prison Break and we have to say that it's going to be a great show. The spotlight on Jim Lee did not disappoint as his creative genius did shine through his panel as seen in the above images of Batman (before and after) that he drew live. Also, if you haven't already, make sure you check out Trollhunters on Netflix. An animated series created from an adaption of Guillermo del Toro's popular book. Tickets are selling fast so make sure you check out the WonderCon website for more information. There are tons of things to do at WonderCon and this year proves no exception. Time get your legs warmed up for three full days of perusing the Artist Alleys, exhibit hall floors, panels and vendors. Some events and panels we are looking forward to attending include: the DC Collectibles panel, Spotlight on Jim Lee panel, and Cinematic Storytelling for Comics. To obtain a list of all the panels and general awesomeness that is WonderCon click here for the program. Above are some images from last years event. Hope to see you there. Be there or be square.
